Mr. Jeffrey Dao is primarily responsible for operations, business development, and corporate development in the U.S. With over three decades of experience in high tech and life science industries, he has contributed to the development and commercialization of novel technology in the sectors of artificial intelligence, data analytics, clinical diagnostics, and therapeutics. Mr. Dao has rich operational experience in product management, marketing, strategic alliances, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions. As vice president of marketing of CIC (Communication Intelligence Corporation), an artificial intelligence spin-off of Stanford Research Institute, Mr. Dao helped the company complete an IPO on NASDAQ. He has also been involved in the development of AI-driven diagnostics and novel multivalent therapeutics for cancer. 

Mr. Dao’s previous experience also includes SVP Marketing and Business Development of Kairoi Healthcare Strategies, President and Co-CEO of Omnitura Therapeutics, SVP Business Development of Genyous Life Sciences, and Senior Director Business Development of Oracle. 

Mr. Dao studied Engineering Physics at the University of California, Berkeley.
