NCT06415773\uff09\u5df2\u4e8e2024\u5e74\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5b63\u5ea6\u5b8c\u6210\u5165\u7ec4\uff0c\u5c06\u8bc4\u4f30HTD1801\u5355\u836f\u6216\u4e0e\u4e8c\u7532\u53cc\u80cd\u8054\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u5728T2DM\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u7684\u7597\u6548\u4e0e\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u5145\u6ee1\u671f\u5f85\uff0c\u5e76\u9884\u671f\u4e8e2025\u5e74\u5bf9\u5176\u516c\u5e03\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201c\u718a\u53bb\u6c27\u80c6\u5c0f\u6a97\u78b1\uff08HTD1801\uff09\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u897f\u65b9T2DM\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u7684\u7597\u6548\u5bf9\u6bd4\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u62a5\u544a\u7f16\u53f7711\uff0c\u53e3\u5934\u62a5\u544a\uff0c9\u670811\u65e5\uff0c12:45 PM CEST\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6458\u8981\uff1aT2DM\u548c\u4ee3\u8c22\u76f8\u5173\u8102\u80aa\u6027\u809d\u708e\uff08MASH\uff09\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u5173\uff0c\u4e92\u76f8\u589e\u52a0\u5bf9\u65b9\u4e0d\u826f\u7ed3\u5c40\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002T2DM\u5408\u5e76MASH\u60a3\u8005\u9762\u4e34\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684MASH\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5b66\u8fdb\u5c55\u3001\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3001\u809d\u810f\u6076\u6027\u7ed3\u5c40\u548c\u5168\u56e0\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u5206\u6790\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u6bd4\u8f83HTD1801\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u897f\u65b9T2DM\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff08\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5426\u5408\u5e76MASH\uff09\u7684\u7597\u6548\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5728\u4eba\u79cd\u4e0a\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u4f7f\u7528HTD1801\u6cbb\u7597\u540e\uff0c\u4e24\u7ec4\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u8840\u7cd6\u3001\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u4ee3\u8c22\u548c\u809d\u810f\u83b7\u76ca\u65b9\u9762\u5747\u6709\u663e\u8457\u6539\u5584\u3002\u4e0d\u8bba\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u75be\u75c5\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u3001\u897f\u65b9\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u90fd\u89c2\u5bdf\u5230\u4e86HTD1801\u53ef\u9488\u5bf9T2DM\u548cMASH\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u95ee\u9898\u5e26\u6765\u7efc\u5408\u83b7\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201c\u718a\u53bb\u6c27\u80c6\u5c0f\u6a97\u78b1\uff08HTD1801\uff09\u4e3a\u4f34\u6709\u4e25\u91cd\u80f0\u5c9b\u7d20\u62b5\u6297\u7684\u4ee3\u8c22\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u72ec\u7279\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u62a5\u544a\u7f16\u53f7708\uff0c\u53e3\u5934\u62a5\u544a\uff0c9\u670811\u65e5\uff0c12:45 PM CEST\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6458\u8981\uff1a\u80f0\u5c9b\u7d20\u62b5\u6297\u662fT2DM\u3001\u80a5\u80d6\u548cMASH\u7684\u663e\u8457\u98ce\u9669\u56e0\u7d20\u3002HTD1801\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u6fc0\u6d3bAMP-\u6fc0\u6d3b\u86cb\u767d\u6fc0\u9176\uff08AMPK\uff09\u6765\u589e\u5f3a\u5bf9\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u7684\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u6539\u5584\u80f0\u5c9b\u7d20\u654f\u611f\u6027\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230HTD1801\u6b63\u5728\u4f5c\u4e3aT2DM\u548cMASH\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u836f\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u672c\u6b21\u5206\u6790\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u80f0\u5c9b\u7d20\u62b5\u6297\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6765\u8bc4\u4f30HTD1801\u7684\u7597\u6548\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a\uff0cHTD1801\u53ef\u4ee5\u7f13\u89e3\u9ad8\u80f0\u5c9b\u7d20\u8840\u75c7\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u4ee3\u8c22\u6291\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u80f0\u5c9b\u7d20\u62b5\u6297\u8f83\u4e3a\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u80fd\u5e26\u6765\u66f4\u663e\u8457\u7684\u809d\u810f\u548c\u4ee3\u8c22\u83b7\u76ca\uff0c\u4e3aT2DM\u548cMASH\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5173\u4e8e\u541b\u5723\u6cf0\u533b\u836f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u541b\u5723\u6cf0\u533b\u836f\uff08HighTide
